Much to my chagrin, Houston does have some pretty cool cars from time to time on account of being a port city. On the other hand, this is a completely ruined, hideous example, so....Houston gonna Houston.

Super sketchy. It probably got brought in through Florida.

It’s also extremely illegal.

So... what if someone just imports one through Canada? Or just wait and buy one already landed when the time comes.

So not legal

To be honest, I’ve no idea how importing through Canada would work. Florida is just known for pretty much giving a title to anything. 99% of the time any car you see that doesn’t meet the 25 year import law has a Florida title.

You can’t import one from Canada until it’s 25, same as almost any other car.

No doubt the seller would be respond by saying “But it’s registered in some backwater town in Florida, tell me how that’s possible if it’s illegal!”
